Go Big with our ultimate Can-Am Maverick X3 front knuckle/spindle and hub kit that addresses all the common problems in the factory setup. Whether you're a racer or a weekend warrior we designed this kit to be the last setup you'll need for your X3.

Through racing Can-Am X3s in the BITD series (UTV Trophy class), Hammer Down Enterprises has come up with the most bulletproof front knuckle/hub solution on the market today. After continued breakages using other aftermarket solutions, we set out to make our own and be truly best-in-class so you can enjoy your Maverick X3 with peace of mind.

    At the core of this kit are our billet aluminum (7075-T6) front knuckles that put the A-arms in double shear with stainless steel inserts to keep the aluminum from wallowing out over time. Our knuckles/spindles are designed to run oversize (82.5mm OD) wheel bearings which allow us to make other improvements with our RACE wheel hubs.

    Front Knuckle Features

    • Driver and passenger front knuckle pair
    • Puts both A-arms in double shear
    • Aircraft grade 7075 T-6 billet aluminum
    • Stainless steel sleeves on every pivot point to prevent wear on the aluminum
    • Both A-arms bolt to flush-mounted nuts that are replaceable
    • Comes with six ARP 12-point bolts
    • 12 stainless steel wear sleeves for all pivot points
    • Eight ⅞ misalignments for A-arms
    • Four tie-rod misalignments (available in ⅝ or ¾)
    • Big bearing capable with our Go Big RACE wheel hubs
    • Compatible with stock hubs/bearings with the provided bearing spacer
    • High-quality NSK bearing included (OEM or oversized sizes)
    • Stainless steel bearing cap eliminates need for spiral clip
    • Only compatible with aftermarket A-arms with spherical bearings
    • Fits 2017+ Maverick X3 (all models)

    The perfect compliment to our RACE Knuckles is our Chromoly (4130) RACE Wheel Hubs that have a larger diameter snout to run our HDE Oversized Wheel Bearings. The larger ID of the oversize bearings allows us to double the wall thickness of the snout making an incredibly robust solution that can withstand aggressive off-road use. Our race hubs come with an axle nut cap which eliminates the need for a cotter pin. Caps are available in blue or black.

    This kit includes everything you need (including misalignments) and is ready to be bolted to your UTV.

      We have a 30-day return policy on new and unopened items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Damages and issues
